The company enjoys a high reputation in Japan as a precision small-sized and micro-tool manufacturer. In the industry, there are great needs to drill smaller and smaller holes. The diameter and the materials vary widely, and we have been able to respond to every type of situation faced by our customers. The diameter of a human hair-strand is roughly 0.06 - 0.08. We are able to manufacture flat drills of 0.02 and twist drills of 0.03, end mills of 0.05 and ball-end mills of RO.05. Moreover, we just succeeded to produce the world's smallest spiral drill. 0.015mm in diameter (as you can see in the pictures). We are looking forward to satisfying your needs with our products.
